Although this therapy is named Indian Head Massage, in reality it covers much much more. This therapy incorporates the upper back-thoracic area, shoulders, upper arms, neck-cervicals, scalp and the face .All of these areas are prime sites for stress to attack as well as being high on the scale of general injuries and aches, especially for those working with computers or driving. Therapists use deep thumb and finger pressure, hand and finger friction as well as soothing effleurage in the application of this therapy.
