Before the Session
Consultation : We’ll begin with a brief discussion about your health history, current concerns, and goals for the session. This helps us tailor the treatment to your needs.
Comfort Level : You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level. You will always be appropriately draped during the session, with only the area being treated exposed.
During the Session
Environment : The room will be quiet and relaxing, with soft lighting and calming music.
Technique : Depending on your needs, we may use various techniques such as Swedish massage for relaxation or deep tissue massage for muscle tension.
Communication : Feel free to communicate with your therapist about pressure levels or any discomfort.
After the Session
Post-Massage Feelings : It’s normal to feel relaxed or even slightly sore after a massage, especially if deep tissue techniques were used.
Hydration : Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins released during the massage.
Follow-Up : Your therapist may provide recommendations for stretches or future sessions based on your needs.
